The process includes the following steps, depending on the project:
Preliminary Conference: Meet with Lee Taylor to brainstorm your project. During the conference, we will thoroughly discuss and record your proposal. Lee Taylor may make a visit to the future location of your piece and take photographs where the project will be installed.
Presentation Proposal: Lee Taylor will execute design sketches to crystallize your concept. Client modifications or revisions may be made to this initial rendering before your final approval. This presentation phase will also include a clear and itemized budget for all costs involved. We will finalize working details and schedule start and completion dates.
Agreement: This agreement outlines the work to be done and terms of payment. Lee Taylor requires a percentage of the total as a prerequisite for beginning work, and progress payments depending on the scope of the work.
Promise: As will be stated in your contract, Lee Taylor insures her work against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
